This year, Confluence AmeriCorps positions are 8-month long service learning opportunities in partnership with a government agency, non-profit organization, or school in the Portland metropolitan area. Please keep in mind that Confluence is a federally funded program. All of our partnerships and AmeriCorps positions are contingent upon receipt of this funding on an annual basis.
Application Process:
Project Supervisors will conduct all initial interviews and recommend top candidates to Confluence by mid October. Confluence will conduct final interviews and offer positions.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis unless a deadline is listed in the position description. If you have a question about a specific position or timeline, email the Project Supervisor/Mentor. Note: It can take up to 2 months for the full application process to be completed.
